Our outside-the-box assistance includes our Strategic Planning Charrette, a collaborative process to develop long-range growth strategies and objectives for our clients. This intensive two day leadership retreat brings top executive leaders and key staff together to achieve harmonic insight on such valuable subjects as company direction, resources and mission. The ultimate goal is examining organizational weaknesses and championing company-wide strengths.
